Olivia
I am Olivia, daughter of the Earth and Protector of the Bones. I am my ancestors' prayers embodied and I am here to remember and reclaim their medicine. I have committed the rest of my life to protecting the sacred in all things + I will do so till my last standing day.
I am here to walk beside you as you remember the truth of who and what you are. I will stand by you as you cry, scream, sing, whisper this truth back into your body forever. I will be there as the tears fall and laughter erupts from your lungs as you remember the gift of life, despite the pain, the loss + the grief you have carried. I am here to be in service to the great cycles of death and rebirth, to the unraveling of the illusions carried to remember what is sacred and true.
The truth of who we are as a species has been buried by lies cast over time. The ceremony of life was covered up by religion and fear. Our ancient ways were washed out of us. Our connection to the ancestral reality of Earth - the elements, the trees, the animals, the plants, the soil, the stars - has been severed on purpose. The medicine has been covered on purpose. The film upon our eyes is not our own, nor is the numbness in our hearts. The true way of life still lives underneath all of this, in our bones. The time has come to fight. The time has come to reclaim and remember. To dig deep into the dark earth and hold once more what they tried to make us forget.
As a little girl, I walked with my ancestors. The magic was strong in my blood. My fingers were always dirty, and I spent hours talking to the trees, the wolves, the animals, the grandmothers. As the years went by, the amnesia washed over me. I forgot who I was, where I came from. I forgot my true heart, the humbleness that connects me to all of life. I forgot the vision, and the belief and trust needed to sustain it. I forgot the ancestral love and courage that prayed me into Creation to carry the medicine into these times we now live in. This world is set up to make us forget the truth of who we are. In the darkness, I found the courage and belief to remember the true path. It is my lifelong oath to support others to do the same.
